    Description

    Ann Arbor Sportscar is pleased to offer a used reconditioned OEM engine 10¾” flywheel for 1965 – 1967 MGB early 5-main bearing engines.  We recently had this used flywheel serviced at our local reputable professional machine shop.  The machine shop meticulously cleaned the entire flywheel.  Please note that this flywheel has a few cosmetic issues that should not affect installation and performance.  We think that this flywheel has more on the plus side, than negative side – given the relative rarity of these early five-main bearing engine flywheels.  The ring gear was checked for wear and it was determined that it was not excessively worn and was still good and serviceable – although there are several gear teeth that could use some filing before installation.  Please note that a previous owner apparently welded the ring gear to the flywheel.  We lightly oiled both sides of the flywheel to prevent it from flash rusting.
    The buyer will have to resurface the clutch side of this flywheel before installation.
