Datsun Roadster vintage style temperature sender & metric nut SPL311 SRL311 NOS

Description

Up for auction is a NOS vintage style temperature sender and retaining nut for those of you who want the authentic look of what your roadster originally came with.  T
his setup fits all 1967.5 - 70 SP311 / SPL311 with the R series engine (usually aluminum head with a 2 stud / 2 bolt thermostat housing) and the SR 311 / SRL311 roadsters with the U20 series engine, all of which use a metric nut for the sender.
If you need the earlier SAE nut for the 65 - 67 SPL311 engine (usually cast iron head and 3 bolt thermostat housing), that is also available but I'll need to create the listing for you
.  The sender nuts have slightly different thread pitch (65 - 67 1600 used one type (usually silver / clear zinc colored); 67.5 - 70 1600/2000 used another (usually yellow zinc colored)

Shipping rates listed on the shipping calculator for within the U.S can be combined should you win one or more of my other auctions but the actual shipping discount can only be determined after the auctions have closed.

Since we did not manufacture and won't be installing the parts that we offer for sale, the only warranty or liability coverage that might exist would be by the original manufacturer, not us.
