I do not know anything specific about it.
From internet search, it appears to be an Ornament by Susan Nardine, made in 1996 at Disney.
I have had it displayed and it looked perfect, when I went to take pictures and inspected closely, I did notice some places paint appeared different, see the last two pictures.
